Who is building this

Dwellamo is being built in Orlando by William Figueroa. The work comes from a Catholic home, from family life, and from knowing what it is to be without a home. Dignity is not a slogan here. A working house, apartment, or ADU is how people rest, raise children, recover, and stay together.

How we operate

Honesty is why this is not a budget service. The right thing to do is always the right thing to do, even when it is hard. Published prices are Essential $97, Plus $197, Estate $297, and Keep $697 per month. Parts are included. Gas, electric, and tankless are covered. Keep adds in-home wash, fold, and put-away. Pause or cancel anytime. Local licensed pros pay $0 — no lead fees, no dispatch fees. The resident always approves a person coming over.

We are not a home warranty. We are not Lowe’s HomeCare+. We are not Angi or Thumbtack. We do not tax the pro to reach you, and we do not wait for a failure so we can sell you a claim.
